Return Policy:

At Chez Traco, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we have designed a straightforward and customer friendly return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. You may return your purchase within 15 days from the date of receiving it.

  2. The item must be in its original condition, with the tag still attached.

  3. The product should be in a sellable condition, meaning it must not have any damage, stains, or alterations.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our team at cheztraco@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Then simply package the item(s) in their original packaging, along with all tags and receipt and ship them back to us at the address provided.

Refund Process:

For eligible returns, we will process your refund as follows:

  1. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.

  2. If your return is approved, we will refund your purchase amount within one week to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Sale and Special Promotion items are ineligible for refund. Instead, we will issue you a store credit that can be used towards your next purchase within one year from the date of issue.

Shipping and handling:

  1. We will take care of shipping and handling costs for orders over $100

  2. Return shipping cost is not covered
